JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning of marketing communication strategies to meet our priorities in ensuring the brand positioning of our products and services.
• Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
• Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships.
• Communication between various departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination across internal departments and external parties.
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Update databases to maintain the relationship between the brand and customers.
• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
• Assist in all projects where relevant within the marketing department
• Implementing online marketing activities including social media, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
• Conduct Business Opportunities Preview, Seminar and training via Zoom meeting and Webinar. 
• Develop strong relationship & constant contact with current distributors and customers base to ensure protection of current business and aim for organic growth.
• Ensure compliance with all processes, regulations and controls as set by the company.
• Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned region.
• Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
• Produce marketing copy for our website.
• Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.
• Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/PR/ Business Management or in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experiences in Marketing, or a related field.
• A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Willing to work in Ruko Golf Island, Blok I, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara.

Work Details:

• Six Working Days (Monday – Saturday from 10:00am – 06:00pm)
• Two position available.
