Day to Day Activities:

• Develop a process plan for the vehicle assembly process in preparation for Start of Production in September 2024.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the vehicle assembly production process, emphasizing high production efficiency, product quality, and safety.
• Focus on the development and management of vehicle assembly production processes.
• Create a process plan for the vehicle assembly process, encompassing production capacity setup, production layout, required machines, equipment & tools, manpower requirements (including hiring and training subordinates), and standard operating procedure creation.
• Monitor and evaluate production performance, including manpower skills, line balancing, product quality, safety measures, and continuous improvement activities.
• Report to the Production Manager and Factory General Manager.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Maintenance Assistant Manager.
• Work closely with the PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) team and the Quality team.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum diploma degree in engineering or other relevant qualifications.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a production supervisor or within automotive production manufacturing, with a preference for experience in motorcycle products.
• Exhibit experience in handling projects or developing new products/processes.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Possess knowledge and implementation skills of Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Hold a mindset geared toward achieving production targets with high-quality products, efficient processes, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Showcase management capabilities for vehicle assembly production teams and coordination with related teams.
• Have experience in managing at least small-scale teams.
• Exhibit the ability to identify problems and manage problem-solving activities.
• Possess experience in developing new processes and personnel.
