Description

• Credit Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of corporate clients, including financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry trends to assess credit risk
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate credit risk factors, market conditions, and industry-specific risks to determine creditworthiness and propose appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Credit Underwriting: Prepare credit proposals and recommendations based on analysis, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of the corporate credit portfolio, identify early warning signals, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate credit losses.
• Due Diligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform due diligence on potential borrowers, including site visits, interviews, and assessment of collateral.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, addressing their credit-related inquiries and providing proactive financial guidance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with relevant financial regulations and ensure that credit processes and decisions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Credit Policy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment models

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate credit analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and credit risk assessment.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
