Multinational Manufacturing in Banten looking for Tax Executive

Job Description:

  1. Lead the activities of a team of tax professionals to ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Supervise activities of the team include undertaking research; and evaluating the legality and tax effectiveness of current and future business activities.
  3. Supervise team members; respond to complex, escalated inquiries; and check the work of others to ensure that tax records, recommendations, and reports are accurate and timely.
  4. Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
  5. Maintain tax information and records.
  6. Prepare tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports so that they are submitted accurately and on time.
  7. Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations and prepare technical reports on how they impact the organization’s operations.
  8. Prepare correspondence with external tax agencies and consultants (for example, auditors).

Requirements:

  1. Good communication in English (Verbally & Written).
  2. Should have a thorough knowledge of MS Office and be conversant with ERP.
  3. Should have good knowledge of Accounts, Finance, and Tax having SI in Accountancy with tax brevet courses as advantages.
  4. Should have worked for a minimum of 3-5 years in a Supervisor position in large size manufacturing company
  5. Should have basic knowledge in BKPM and BI reporting like LKPM, KPPK, ULN, LLD.
  6. Should have good interpersonal skills and ability for innovative ideas.
  7. Willing to placement in Cikande, Banten.
