Sales Operations Coordinator (contract based) – Your future position?

As a Sales Operations Coordinator in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our orders by being the bridge between the sales team and the operational team from ordering to delivery also ensuring a smooth administrative process. You will focus on finding solutions, be a proactive doer, and maintain seamless coordination between various teams. In this exciting role you also will:

• Act as the link between the sales team and the operational team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Keep track of orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Organizing and analyzing data monthly to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a high level of detail orientation to ensure accurate documentation and order management.
• Demonstrate agility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
• Quickly learn and grasp new processes, and ways of working.
• Take ownership of tasks and work autonomously, displaying a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Your professional profile includes:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from any major.
