Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development Executive/Manager (Recruitment) di kantor PT JAC Consulting Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires an individual who can identify, pursue, develop new business opportunities while also nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business development:

  • Identify potential new clients by researching and analysing market trends, competitor activities, and clients’ strategic hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to win new clients, expand the revenue, and convert to key clients.
  • Conduct sales activities: presentations, pitches, and negotiations to secure new business and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the managers, consultants, and legal team to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Manage T&C end-to-end process includes supplier registration and bidding requirements.
  • Develop, execute, and manage vendor partnership accounts.

 Key Account Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and hiring requirements to align company solutions effectively.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and timely problem resolution.

 Relationship Building and Networking:

  • Establish and maintain a strong professional network through attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Engage in relationship-building activities with potential clients, industry partners, and influencers.
  • Represent the company at networking events and actively promote its products and services.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, such as recruitment, marketing, admin, and finance, to ensure smooth collaboration. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years working experience in corporate sales
  • Good network with multinational companies and local conglomerates
  • Ability to speak fluent English is a must
  • Ability to work under sales target environment
  • Successful track record in achieving sales target
  • Hunter experience and personality
  • Ability to build a good relationship with key clients
