Qualifications

Basic Personal References

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering
• Preferred 2 years’ experience in similar area with automotive industry
• Good interpersonal attitude & be able to be flexible and work as part of a team
• Confident presentation skills and good communication skill on order to have a constant interaction with others colleagues/department/stakeholders/Others Brand and vendors
• Commercial awareness for business related updates; not limited to updates from social media & digital account
• Self-motivated, driven and willing to go extra miles in pursuit of excellence
• Ability to handle pressure and make split-second decisions
• Enthusiasm for effectives in keeping the teamwork/vendors motivated in order to produce the best result

Technical Skills

• Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoints, Microsoft Outlook; additional preference: 2D and 3D software (eg: Inventor, CATIA, Solid Work etc.)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent mechanical, electrical and welding knowledge.
• Possess an objective, structured, systematic, logical way of thinking based on data.
• Open and listen to external stakeholders’ voice (dealers, customers, Body Builders, Internal cross functions, etc.) with ability to identify the expected & most important elements for business related.
• Understanding of automotive technical engineering concepts with passion towards technical aspects of automotive industry, especially CV business.
• Ability to follow, understand, analyze and implement local government regulations into daily scope of works.
• Maintain good networking with local body manufactures.
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, SMK3 and Eco Industry

Electric Specialist – Vehicle Bus

• Basic knowledge of relevant standards & regulations.
• Technical and supervisory responsibility within the department (compliance with high/volt-standards) to persons with activities in the high volt environment.
• Preferable: Technical competence (verifiable technical training, e.g. electrical engineer, electrical engineer, electrical forepersons, electrical unit, electrical system, as well as a multi-annual work with a theory and practice after a review and verification with the corresponding order).

Job Descriptions

Consultation and Support on Product and Product Training Topics

• Provide support and consultancy in the area of chassis/bus product range based on current market regulation, trend and competition.
• Learn and obtain full access and knowledge to main manufactures of MB Bus BBA portal and guideline (DTAG, DICV, MB Bras, etc). 
• Coordination with Product Management, Homologation, Sales, RnD and Engineering both in DCVI and DCVMI for bus product development.
• Identify, collaborate and coordinate bus technical / engineering problem and problem-solving collaboration with cross functions, eg: Sales, CSP, DCVMI, etc.
• Organize bus body builder trainings and sharing for internal, dealers and local body manufactures; main assistance for local body manufactures.
• Support internal cross functions related matters, eg: show units with body, events for bus sales/drivers‘ training, requested evaluations/checks from Indonesia’s officials in regards to vehicles, etc.

Consultation to body builders in the markets

• Learn, observe and review local regulation and guidance for bus body manufactures vs the actual implementation.
• Identify, collaborate and coordinate bus technical / engineering problem and problem-solving collaboration in actual customer operation; with dealers, local body manufactures and related vendors, eg: local body manufactures, local AC suppliers, local telematics system suppliers, etc.
• Provide body building advisory and ensure the Quality Gate process for body builders in the country: Gate D (quality management system audit collaborating with QM dept.) and Gate C-B-A (product audit) in terms of physical check and proper documentation.
• Leading and coordinating Dealer’s Body Builder Specialist for proper establishment and implementation all guidelines based on the factory’s recommendations.

Support the Head of Product & Marketing

• Monthly summary for business review meeting in related to the job function.
• Coordinate and provide support to establish operative targets/ plans/projects together with local body builders and ensure the realization.

Activation of Networking

• Participate actively and passively to associations, officials or topics in related to bus body makers, eg: ASKARINDO, MoT’s invitation, etc; Wider view of updated market’s conditions (liaise fully with direct superior, LCM and Legal in advance) is compulsory.

Electric Specialist

• Implementation/ensuring the requirements of the high-voltage upshifts from projects (CV Bus)M
• andatory elimination of recognizable violations of security rules regardless of own area of responsibility
• Representation of country-specific security regulations
