Dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Social Media/ KOL Supervisor di kantor PT New Sea Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Digital Marketing serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 7.000.000 - Rp 10.000.000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance the social media experience, driving stronger audience engagement and fostering organic growth.
  • Supervise the team in responding promptly and accurately to audience queries via chat or comments.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of audience comments and feedback.
  • Ensure our internal databases are updated with pertinent information from social media interactions.
  • Monitor and address complaints on social media, ensuring immediate and professional assistance.
  • Manage and resolve escalated audience issues, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve audience interaction and brand image.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the Beauty Industry on social media platforms.
  3. Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  4. Experience overseeing inbound interactions on social media platforms.
  5. Deep understanding of skincare and beauty; staying updated with the industry’s latest trends, especially in the Indonesian context.
  6. Familiarity with key social media platforms in Indonesia, including Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
  7. Candidates with connections to TikTok-related KOLs will be given priority.
