Selain itu untuk syarat yang kita butuhkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 8.000.000 - Rp 9.000.000.

Job Description

  1. Provide advice related to employment to anticipate and handle industrial relations disputes in the company.
  2. Handling employment issues, such as mediating disputes and disciplinary issues.
  3. Providing information to employees, not only limited to administration, including delivering information to those who need it, counseling and coaching as well as maintaining good relations with internal (all employees) and external (maincont, owner, etc.)
  4. Conducting socialization related to Company policies to all employees and introduction related to the Company to new staff.
  5. Monitoring the duration of employment agreements (PKWT & PKHL).
  6. Recruitment process (Making job brochures, posting, sourcing, selection, and interviews).
  7. Make reports related to recruitment and others related to the HR department (monthly and annually).
  8. Coordinate with the head office regarding all work related to administration, industrial relations, and employment
  9. Maintain relationships with the government such as the manpower department, immigration, and others.
  10. Handling bipartite, tripartite, and industrial relation

Requirement

– Bachelor’s Degree of Law or Psychology majors

– 5+ years of experience as HR Senior Staff.

– Have skills in industrial relations and recruitment processes.

– Preferably having certificate competencies.

– Understand laws and government regulations.

– Fluent in English both spoken and written.

1-year-contract (fixed term)

Salary 8-10 Gross/Month
