Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that company operates in full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various departments and regulatory bodies to develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs. Your role will be pivotal in safeguarding the integrity and reputation of our company.

Our client is a multifinance and leasing company backed by one of the prominent financial group.

Description

  • Review, analyze, and interpret relevant regulations and statutes to ensure the company’s operations are in compliance.
  • Engage in consultancy with regulatory bodies, particularly with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), to stay updated on regulatory changes and seek guidance as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal departments on legal compliance matters, ensuring a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare systematic reports to advise management on the company’s compliance status with laws and regulations.
  • Conduct reviews and interpretations of various company documents including agreements, business licenses, and other pertinent documents.
  • Monitor and prepare documentation required by government agencies and regulatory organizations such as the Asosiasi Perusahaan Pembiayaan Indonesia (APPI) and OJK.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and review compliance policies, procedures, and training programs (AML, CFT, KYC, GCG, etc)
  • Manage corporate events mandated by authorities (OJK events, Educational Literacy programs, Multi Finance Day, CSR initiatives, Customer Protection activities, etc.).
  • Ensure that all related departments are well-informed about new regulatory developments and internal rules, facilitating compliance across the organization.
  • Participate in meetings with internal departments, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners to provide compliance updates and insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports (weekly, monthly, and annual) to the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, or headquarters.
  • Supervise compliance staff to ensure the effective execution of compliance programs and the completion of the compliance annual plan.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in compliance management, preferably within the financial sector, especially multifinance
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, particularly in Indonesia, including knowledge of OJK regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex regulatory information clearly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with various departments to achieve compliance goals.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and supervise compliance staff.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and implement necessary adjustments to compliance programs.
