Job Description:

1.   Plan, organize and supervise team to ensure a high level of service by providing feedback to both internal and external customers.
2. Allocate customer accounts and scope within the team.
3. First escalation point for any customer’s demand or supply concerns in legal entity.
4.  Ensure processes are working efficiently, policies and procedures are adhered.
5. Set and keep track the KPI to ensure achievement to be aligned with management’s direction.
6. Demonstrate leadership through communication, recognition, people development, change/process management, and relationship partnership.
7. Set & implement improvement plans in Customer Service & Supply Chain to keep bringing up service level.
8. Work in close coordination with KAM, Sales, Finance, Intercompany countries, and customers to support the business in organization.
9. Key person for Monthly Forecast Meeting with KAM, Sales, and other relevant department concerning the update of forecast and to resolve issues on the operational.
10. Maintain a health DOH align with inventory target and assurance of fulfilment to customer’s forecast and actual purchase order according to customer’s requested date.
11. Responding to customer’s inquiries and prioritizing requests. Preparation of the whole process and documentation for customer service and supply chain (eg. sales document, delivery note, invoice, delivery tag, label, packaging requirement, debit note, credit note, and all claims processes with customers and suppliers)
12. Ensuring the sales are invoice and collected on time aligned with DSO target.
13. Filing all documentation in relevant with customer service and supply chain function.
14. Close coordination with logistics and warehouse to ensure fulfilment to customer’s delivery requests are met.
15. Adhere to all corporate policies, guidelines and statutory requirements and carries out responsible supply chain management activities in compliance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree holder.
2. Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales Administration or Supply Chain Management.
3. Business oriented, able to influence without authorization, strong team work spirit.
4. Well organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks
5. Organized, detail-oriented, customer service presence
6. Works well in teams and individually in accomplishing goals
7. SAP overview with transactional knowledge in SD/MM modules
