Description

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive the company’s financial goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and provide financial insights.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and audit processes.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimal 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance business (life or general)
• Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Fluent in English and able to manage communication with various stakeholders.
