Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Sr. Manager di tempat usaha PT Home Credit Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Manufaktur & Pembelian/Manajemen Material serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

The incumbent will Ensure the execution of the Company’s sourcing & procurement strategy, day-to-day procurement, vendor performance management, and purchasing policies and processes as well as achieving the lowest life cycle costs for procured goods and services. Also expected continuously looks for areas in which improvements can be made in operational process and implements and designs those initiatives. These will covers:

Developing a strategic approach to sourcing, procurement and operating model to deliver goods and services aligned with company strategy
Create collaborative business plans with strategic vendors and internal clients, execute effective business partnering,
Lead supplier selection and negotiations, review vendor contract, ensure the most advantageous pricing, terms, discounts, allowances, quality, delivery and service; addresses business unit complaints, requests, and questions and resolves within guidelines,
Develop and/or update sourcing & procurement policies and procedures, deploy and develop effective team, tools and objectives to align with company goals and established KPI,
Maintain an on-going knowledge of the company’s business initiatives and goals, identify improvement opportunities and own Source to Pay stream.

We are looking for talents with:

Minimum Bachelor degree from any major,
Proven leadership in a sourcing & procurement with 10+ years of experience,
Preferably someone who has experience in a financial or digital industry,
Exceptional negotiation and networking skill – solid knowledge of sourcing & procurement best practices,
Ability to cascade strategy into actions, sourcing new technology and deliver automation,
Proven experience in conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinker,
Fluent written and verbal communication in English,
Comfortable to work in dynamic, fast paced and agile environment.
