Description

• Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, and other relevant financial institutions.
• Understand clients’ investment needs, risk appetite, and financial goals to offer tailored fixed income solutions.
• Promote and sell a range of fixed income products, including bonds, sukuk, and other debt instruments, to meet revenue targets.
• Provide expert insights on market trends, interest rate movements, and credit conditions to guide clients’ investment decisions
• Conduct in-depth analysis of fixed income markets, economic indicators, and credit ratings to formulate investment recommendations.
• Stay updated on macroeconomic factors and regulatory changes that might impact fixed income markets.
• Educate clients about the features and benefits of various fixed income products, helping them make informed investment choices.
• Deliver presentations, seminars, and workshops to enhance clients’ understanding of fixed income investment strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand business with existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that address clients’ specific investment objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed income sales within the financial services industry.
• Deep knowledge of fixed income markets, credit analysis, and macroeconomic trends.
• Strong network of institutional clients and industry contacts.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and trading platforms.
