Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Visual Merchandiser di tempat usaha PT Sumber Bintang Perkasa untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Seni/Media/Komunikasi & Seni / Desain Kreatif serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 7.000.000.

Visual Merchandiser (VMD) is responsible to create appealing, eye-catching and attractive visual display to attract customer attention through the entire design of store. For B2B channel, VMD will collaborate with store partners to develop outstanding display and marketing communication tools to be implemented directly to the store while for B2C Channel, VMD has to develop seasonal marketing tools or gimmick for end user such as voucher, giftbox, PR Package for KOL.

In store display : floor display, window display, wall display, standing display, planogram, etc
Marketing Communication Tools : Wobbler, Flyer, Signboard, Signage, POP, Store Banner, etc
Packaging : New Product Packaging, PR Package, Giftbox

Job Description :

Identify key messages and wording to be implemented through the design based on upcoming activities and campaign
Create an appealing design to attract customer attention through in store display and marketing communication tools
Visualize the design through 3D modelling to simplify and present to related partners
Identify the requirements such as product materials, composition and thickness
Oversee the production process both for sample and mass production
Ensure all the displays and marketing communication tools implemented according to guidelines
Create product planogram based on product classification to boost sales through all channel

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Product Design, Visual Communication Design, Or Interior Design
1-2 Years working experiences in same field
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Excellent skill on 3D modelling apps (sketchup, etc) and also 2D Design (Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc)
Good sense of design, typography, layout and colour composition.
Good Knowledge about In Store Display, Marcomm Tools and Product Packaging
Having experiences for beauty or accessories industry is a plus
Good Initiative, full of ideas and work proactively
Comfortable to work in fast and dynamic working atmosphere
Prefered Good Leadership & communication skill
Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
Required Immediate Joining candidate
