Key Responsibilities:

1. Training and Education: Deliver comprehensive training programs on laser-based aesthetic treatments in various international locations, adapting content for both in-person and virtual formats.
2. Client Support: Provide expert advice and support to a global clientele, ensuring optimal usage of laser technologies for aesthetic treatments.
3. Content Development: Create and revise training materials, such as manuals, video tutorials, and online courses, tailored to advanced laser technologies.
4. Certification: Lead certification programs for healthcare providers using laser technologies in aesthetic medicine.
5. Product Expertise: Maintain and enhance expert knowledge on the latest advancements in laser treatments, acting as a go-to resource for both internal teams and external clients.
6. Market Analysis: Continuously research and analyze global trends in laser aesthetics, including new technologies and competitor strategies.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of training quality and adherence to international regulatory requirements through regular monitoring and evaluation of training outcomes.
8. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training efforts with business development objectives, including customizing programs for strategic markets.

Qualifications: 

• Medical degree with a specialization in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in medical laser technologies for aesthetics.
• Professional certification in laser applications within the medical aesthetics field is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of global medical aesthetics regulations, with a focus on laser treatments. 
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended periods.
