We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager for Personal Protective Equipment product to join our Sales team in our Indonesia office. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, your focus will be a key role within the sales department, responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic accounts in Indonesia. This position involves driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop account strategies, deliver value-added solutions, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts in Indonesia.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop account strategies and sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients in the Indonesian market.
- Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Solution Delivery and Value Creation: Work closely with the product and service teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a senior position
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and business environment especially for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) product and market
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
