• Manage the Reception, Telephone, Cleaning and Landscaping and Ambience over all building and facility
• Deliver the professional greeting of customers and visitors, to the highest standards
• Monitor, manage and review the Security Team, Facility Team, Cafe Team and Courier Team to ensure the exceptional services to customers and visitors
• Explain to the customers and visitors the concept of Rifyo Design Quarter / Gallery with all the products display and ushering to table and providing them drinks
• Pouring drinks, providing food and desert requested by Sales / Business Development Team for their customers and visitors
• Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
• Maintaining Cleanliness of the Table
• Professional hair with clean look appearance
• Wearing and maintaining the prescribed uniform.
• Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
• Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances
• Implement dynamic operational working procedures, to support the delivery of service excellence
• Implement Health safety environment and working practices to ensure healthy and safety environment for the team, customers and visitors.
• Daily and Weekly report to management and build good relationships with sales and business development team.
