P.T. Hsing Loong Indonesia was founded in 2013 and belongs to the HSL Group of Companies (HSL).

Founded in 1994 as a small start-up company, HSL has grown rapidly to become a key regional player in the marine civil engineering sector. Abiding relentlessly by our own guiding principles – innovative engineering solutions and construction excellence, we have left a trail of landmark projects across virtually every industry requiring foreshore structures and facilities.

Building on our engineering expertise and experience, we have progressively expanded into related areas of business including energy and utilities, infrastructure, and environment. Today, HSL is actively engaged in a wide spectrum of engineering disciplines, backed by dedicated teams of professionals who can confidently meet construction and maintenance needs, both on land and sea.
