Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF di kantor PT Hsing Loong Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are an International Marine Construction Company is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position as:

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Purpose:

To assist the Finance & Accounting Manager for Finance & Accounting Maters

Duties & Responsibility:

Checking invoice/billing (include the supporting docs) from vendor & sub contractor
Checking petty cash project claim
Input data & transactions into the accounting system
Prepare payment document
Prepare & submit the invoice to the clients
Perform bank reconciliation, general ledger and taxes (WHT & VAT)
Prepare monthly & annual tax payment & report
Prepare monthly Financial report and statement
Handling for external audit process
Maintain communication with bank, client and vendor’s

Qualifications:

Aged minimum ( 25 – 33 years old),
At lasted bachelor degree in Economy, majoring Accounting
Having experience at the similar position, minimum 1 year (preferably have experience in the construction sector)
Understand Indonesian accounting & tax regulation
Able to operate computer literature, able to use Microsoft excel
Strong interpersonal skill
Good command of English, in written & verbal (preferably can communicate in Chinese language Minimum Pasif)
Team oriented, attentive to detail, hard worker, independent
Work Location at Harmoni, Central of Jakarta
