Job Description Job Description: Public Relations Executive Functional Responsibility: As a Public Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with media and key stakeholders. You will drive the AirAsia brand image forward through favorable media coverage, collaborations, and partnerships, fostering a culture of advocacy and connection. Role Responsibility:

Functional Duties:

• Cultivate and establish strong relationships with local, national, and international media, as well as key stakeholders, including counterparts from the Ministry of Transport and digital influencers.
• Identify and develop potential PR/CSR collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities with external parties.
• Secure favorable media coverage to ensure consistent and prominent visibility for AirAsia, its products, services, and brand.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive media database to support effective communications.
• Create press releases, draft speeches, and other internal and external communication materials.
• Strategically generate news opportunities and seek avenues to incorporate AirAsia’s messages into current news stories.
• Coordinate regular visits of Indonesia AirAsia’s top management to prominent media offices.
• Monitor daily press coverage, including competitor activities, and identify opportunities to align AirAsia’s messages.
• Track the accuracy of media coverage and coordinate publicity and promotion opportunities with media outlets.
• Plan and participate in publicity and promotional events, such as contests, travel guide features, and more.
• Develop and execute PR plans for assigned projects and manage Indonesia AirAsia’s internal communication activities.

Role Duties:

• Adhere to working procedures and ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide support to the Company’s safety programs and report safety hazards.
• Engage in Safety Services Department (SSD) training as relevant to your role.
• Uphold the Company’s standards as an Allstar.

• Minimum

Working Experience: At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar capacity.

• Proficiency in oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Basic graphic design skills are advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to travel when required.

Education:

• Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism/Advertising/MICE/Business Administration/Management/Marketing, or any related field.
