The General Manager of a Factory is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and operations within the facility. They must be able to effectively manage the entire plant, including all employees, equipment, and resources, while ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency

Description

• Develop and implement production strategies that align with company objectives and goals
• Ensure that production meets all quality standards, while maintaining cost efficiency
• Oversee all plant operations, including equipment maintenance, production scheduling, and staffing
• Develop and implement training programs for employees, ensuring that all staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet production demands
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as health and safety, labor, and environmental standards
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the factory is operating within financial targets and constraints
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion within the industry, while mitigating risks and challenges

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
• Okay with CONTRACT basis
• Speaks Mandarin or Chinese dialects
• At least 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing or factory management, with demonstrated success in meeting production targets and driving growth
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their full potential
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of production processes and supply chain management
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and information to a diverse range of stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
