Lowongan pekerjaan ini telah di perbaharui 3 minggu yang lalu, kemungkinan karena perusahaan masih membutuhkan posisi yang diperlukan.

Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT Manager di tempat usaha PT Widjaja Anekatas Center untuk daerah Tangerang dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 20.000.000 - Rp 30.000.000.

Hardware & Software Management:

  • Maintain and manage hardware infrastructure, including servers, networks, and terminal devices.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of software systems and devices to ensure availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with vendors for IT related procurement, maintenance, and implementation.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software and networking systems used in the factory.
  • Develop policies and procedures for software usage to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations of new IT related solutions.

Network Security:

  • Develop and implement strategies to protect company data and information systems.
  • Perform regular security audits and respond to security incidents as they arise.
  • Train employees on best practices for cybersecurity.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Set clear objectives and expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Manage staffing and resource allocation within the IT department to meet operational needs and project deadlines.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to assess technology needs and prioritize IT projects based on business impact.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Serve as a liaison between the IT department and other business units, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with operational needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to address technology challenges and implement solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on technology-related decisions and initiatives across the organization.

Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with company financial goals.
  • Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization within the IT department.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1), higher in Information Technology or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in IT, with managerial experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. You need to have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
  3. This is a joint venture company, so being able to speak English is a must, and being able to speak Mandarin is a plus point.
  4. Proficiency in hardware management, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
  5. Strong knowledge of software applications relevant to manufacturing (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management).
  6. Experience with database management and administration (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
  7. Familiarity with cloud computing services and virtualization technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware).
  8. Proven project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  9. Experience in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and other departments.
  10. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  11. Ability to assess complex IT issues and develop effective strategies to resolve them.
  12. Proven experience in preparing and managing IT budgets, demonstrating the ability to allocate resources effectively and identify opportunities for cost savings while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  13. Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang, Banten.
