Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Kami memberikan persyaratan yang kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the maintenance of cloud-based databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Redis, etc.
2. Design appropriate database structures and table relationships to meet business requirements while ensuring data consistency.
3. Develop and execute database backup and recovery strategies as per requirements, ensuring data safety and availability.
4. Analyze and optimize complex queries, design and maintain indexes to enhance query performance.
5. Manage database monitoring, diagnose and resolve failures, ensuring high system availability and stability.
6. Configure and manage database permissions and access control to ensure data security.
7. Assist the development team with database-related design and development tasks, providing technical support and guidance.
8. Participate in formulating database architecture and disaster recovery plans to ensure system resilience and scalability.
9. Collaborate with the team to resolve database-related issues, continuously optimizing database performance and operational processes.
10. Keep track of new technologies and trends in the database field, continuously updating and enhancing technical knowledge.
Skill Requirements
1. Database Management Systems: Familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, Redis, etc. Understanding their features, pros and cons, and suitable use cases.
2. SQL Writing and Optimization: Proficiency in efficiently writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Capable of query performance optimization, including table structure design, index design, query plan analysis, etc.
3. Backup and Recovery: Ability to formulate and execute database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
4. Performance Optimization: Monitoring and analyzing database performance, identifying bottlenecks, and providing optimization recommendations for ensuring stable and high-performance system operation.
5. Security Management: Understanding of database security strategies. Proficient in implementing user access management, access control, encryption, and other measures to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
6. Disaster Recovery and High Availability: Familiarity with database disaster recovery plans. Able to design and maintain high availability architectures like master-slave replication, clustering, partitioning, etc.
7. Monitoring and Alerts: Capable of configuring and managing database monitoring tools to promptly identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring system stability.
8. Version Control and Deployment: Understanding version control principles and managing database version changes and upgrades to ensure smooth system deployment.
9. Troubleshooting: Proficiency in quickly diagnosing and resolving database issues, including deadlocks, performance degradation, abnormal exits, etc.
10. New Technology Tracking: Maintaining awareness of new technologies and trends in the database field. Able to introduce new technologies into the existing architecture.
11. Experience with Cloud-based Database Management.
