Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our organization as the Head of Banking Investor Relationship, Corporate Banking. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing risk management, corporate banking relationships, vendor and customer finance. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong partnerships with investors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure sustainable growth and success for the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Risk Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s assets, investments, and financial position.
Monitor and assess market risks, credit risks, liquidity risks, and operational risks to minimize potential financial losses and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to create risk assessment reports and recommend risk mitigation strategies to the CFO and CEO.
Corporate Banking Relationship:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate banking clients and investors to enhance the organization’s reputation and build long-term partnerships.
Understand clients’ financial needs and provide tailored solutions to support their business objectives.
Lead negotiations and oversee the execution of banking transactions, loans, and financial agreements.

Vendor and Customer Finance:

Manage vendor and customer finance activities, including credit assessments, payment terms, and financial arrangements.
Ensure efficient cash flow management through effective vendor financing and customer credit policies.
Oversee the collection process and maintain positive relationships with customers to optimize cash flow.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct financial analysis and prepare periodic reports to evaluate the organization’s financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
Present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial models, to the CFO and CEO for strategic decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated with relevant banking and financial regulations and ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable laws and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal compliance teams to implement necessary measures to meet regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.
Proven experience in corporate banking relationship management, risk management, and financial analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, risk management principles, and financial analysis techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make data-driven decisions.
High level of integrity and ethical standards in dealing with sensitive financial matters.
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
