Adapun syarat yang PT kami butuhkan adalah min D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup bersaing menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Position: Software Outsourcing Programmer(Japanese Speaking)
We are looking for project managers, system engineers, bridge system engineers, programmers, and graduates in computer related fields in various countries.
After you join us, you will need to go to China for training for 0.5 or 1 year, includes Japanese language and technical training. During the training period, single dormitory or housing allowance will be provided, monthly salary will be paid, and we will assist in applying for business or work visa.
We have a two-way transfer system between Japan and China for work locations. You can work in Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka and Nagoya in Japan, or in Beijing, Dalian, Chengdu and Jinan in China. We will try our best to meet your requirements.
Your salary will be evaluated according to your experience and ability, and then you will be given preferential treatment according to the company regulations. Annual salary for working in Japan: 3.5 million yen to 12 million yen, annual salary for working in China: 130,000 to 300,000 yuan, monthly salary during training in China: 5,000 to 8,000 yuan.

Job requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors or have relevant working experience.
2.N3 or above in Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
3.Net, Python, C/C++, etc. One or more of the infrastructures; with server architecture design, network architecture design MCP, LPIC, CCNP, CCNA experience is preferred.
4.SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow talents are preferred.
5.Willing to travel to China for training, willing to work in China or Japan.
