Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi HSE Officer di kantor PT NOVARTIS INDONESIA untuk domisili Jakarta Timur dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan ialah Teknik & Teknik Lingkungan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang kita butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities :

Support ETS & HSE Supervisor to manage the acceptable remaining risk of the site operations
Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements Novartis HSE Guidelines for safety, chemicals and wastes handling
Ensure personnel follow mandatory training related his/ her task to understand well about the requirement in SOP and capable to follow the requirement as per expected
Executes the daily operations for the assigned task in compliance with SOP, HSE, and other guidelines
Monitor and follow-up implementation of DI action
As a Ahli K3 Umum authorized and assigned to PT Novartis Indonesia
Perform responsibilities as Safety Coordinator / P2K3 Team for PT Novartis Indonesia
Perform / Implement Behaviour Based Safety to Employee & contractors (JSA)
Perform responsibilities as PPLB3 (Hazardous Waste Control) in waste management / handling wastes in accordance with the applicable local regulation
Act as Training Coordinator for HSE. Ensure all training curriculum, individual training plan, evaluation of training needs are completed
Monitor and stop task or operation for associates or contractors if in their view it presents lead to pSIF hazard
Support as supplier relationship team for GMP Service Provider in compliance with SOP and other guidelines
Identify gap in the current activity/practice, compare with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and SMK3 (Health & Safety Management System)
Perform responsibilities as auditee team to support any audit of inspection from internal, third party or government in accordance with the applicable local regulation
Support as emergency response team and first aider team in accordance to applicable local regulation
Takes care of and carries out all other tasks (GMP or non GMP relevant, HSE or non HSE relevant) related to the main tasks

Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant major (K3/Health and Safety)
Posses HSE certification is preferable
Minimum of 1 years of working experience.
Experienced in pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
Able to operate Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, Outlook, Ms. Power Point
Good analytical thinking, proactive, detail oriented, good administration, excellent communication skills and presentation skill
