Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result (minimum GPA 3.00), majoring in Taxation/Accounting/Fiscal Administration.
• Have 6 years working experience in accounting or tax area in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (including strong presentation skills).
• Willing to work hard, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Strong knowledge in withholding tax art 21, art 23, art 15, art 26, art 4 (2), art 25, art 29, VAT.
• Knowing how to use tax applications (E-Tax Invoice, E-SPT, E-Bupot and DJP Online).
• Having Brevet A, B & C certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns, formulate tax strategies to maximize the company’s tax benefit plan and provide professional tax advice for senior management’s business strategy and investment decision
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedure
• Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process
• Review tax returns and quarterly /yearly tax projections.
• Manage and mentor members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
• Liaise with tax auditor to respond to any audit requirement
• lead tax litigation process (Objection, appeal, supreme)
• Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of company federal tax returns and the  accurate
• can make TP Doc/Transfer Pricing Documentation report is preferred
