• Create and develop growth and business plans, as well as marketing strategies, for each product within Teman Bumil, Teman Parenting, and Gue Sehat
• Discover new opportunities and partnerships by exploring and analyzing existing data
• Analyze data from customer feedback as the basis for creating a plan.
• Analyze post-campaign data from all channels with related parties to develop plans and improve inventories
• Understand customer preferences and stay up to date with trends. Stay ahead of the competition to offer relevant and precise services that meet customers’ needs
• Conduct market analysis and research to increase the number of high-quality users and build brand equity
• Improve existing inventories, services, and processes for executing inventories (from pitch to invoicing)
• Develop ideas for merchant campaigns, manage campaign processes, and oversee execution
• Manage and monitor achievements on other digital channels

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development, preferably in the Mum & Baby, digital industry, or Hospital & Clinic sectors
• Excellent skills in marketing and digital strategy, with a strong knowledge of PR and brand building
• Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and staying up-to-date with trends
• Proficient understanding of SEO, SEM, Social media, Performance Marketing, Programmatic advertising, and customer optimization
• Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing marketing campaigns
• Ability to think outside the box when conceptualizing ideas; creativity and logical thinking are key
• Strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and great attention to detail
• A dynamic, self-driven individual with a strong desire to learn and a positive attitude. Possesses strong collaborative and communication traits and can work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Having a background and knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their relationship with Hospitals/Clinics will be advantageous
