• Identify potential business opportunities and markets.
• Identify and develop new business and clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and deliver the strategy business development, marketing and communication, appropriate to need and responsive to opportunity.
• Develop country and trading overseas market strategy by linking requirements of key accounts, traditional wholesalers, retailers worldwide.
• Required languages: Indonesia, English or other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
• Manage and analyze client’s need and communicating that needs to internal team.
• At least 2 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry is a must. 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• Have experience as sales in forwarding/logistics for at least 3 years, have high sales skills, especially in the following products:

1. Ocean Freight (exp, imp, & project)
2. CHB/EMKL (exp, imp, & project)
3. Trucking
4. Supply Chain

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia or other foreign languages are an advantage (both spoken & written).
• Work experience in international logistics and forwarding company is an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Age between 25- 40 years old.
• Have an experienced in export-import operation
• Have knowledge of Freight Forwarder and shipping process
• With pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Strong achievement oriented
• Willing to travel and work outside office hours.
• Committed to find & develop our business through excellent clients approach and distinctive selling strategy
• Good mentality and drive to work both, independently and in a team
• Aggressive and problem solver
• Grab new customers, follow up and maintain customers
• On hand regular customer base (export / import & domestic customer)
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented
• Willing to work in PT TGL Indonesia Logistics, South Jakarta.
