Job Details

Overall Job Purpose:

To manage the Panel Engagement Team, ensuring the efficient and effective resourcing and timely operation of all aspects of Panelists Engagement. The objective is to provide positive experience to keep our new and existing Panellists engaged.

Responsibilities:

1.Panel Engagement:

  • Enhance the current Panelists engagement activities (offline and online) and proactively suggest innovative ways of engagement, not restrict to current tools

  • Resolve Panelists concerns in timely manner with effective and efficient solutions.

  • Manage Panelist Care centre to make sure optimum panelist experience.

  • Consistently creative to build and develop how to engage with Panelist in a positive way.

  • Collaborate with teams that handle existing internal tools related to Panelist record and Communication to ensure updates and actions are done on a timely manner and effective.

  • Proactive and self-involvement in coordinating with regional counterpart to explore and align as much as possible related to initiatives and executions.

  • Team management – Performance review, attendance, talent development plan.

  • Regularly review work processes (including improve working practices / implementing new procedure) to ensure the most appropriate and effective working procedures and internal quality control procedures are followed and documented within the department

2.Quality Control:

  • Build and develop how to communicate with Panelist to maintain consistent Data Quality.

  • Collaborate closely with Quality Team related to panelist quality and further actions to follow up.

  • Responsible on all overall Quality of Panelist in database and recording consistency.

  • Schedule half-yearly “audit” own team member’s work to ensure consistency as well as finding improvement opportunities

3. Core Competencies:

  • Digital experience/intervention or extensive usage of digital ways to engage with panelist/consumers.

  • Thoroughly understands panel concepts and panel quality measures.

  • Adopts efficient approach to reporting and analyses.

  • Managing budget and cost that related to the job and related ad-hoc projects.

  • Sets priorities to meet objectives.

  • Analyses data to proactively identify gaps/problems & patterns/causes and identify solutions.

  • Recognizes impact of decisions and plans for the consequences.

  • Coordinate and consider as many angles as possible in decision making as appropriate to obtain consensus on the way forward.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Higher.

Experience and Skills:

  • At least 4 years of related experience with a good understanding of panelist or customer engagement both online and offline.

  • Experienced in customer/user engagement using digital platforms.

  • Good communication skills in English

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role with a proven ability to manage a medium sized team

  • Experience in managing loyalty program can be an added advantage

  • Experience in call centre management can be added advantage
