REPORTS TO:                           Customer Manager

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

To coordinate and supervise overall Sensory planning activities for the region by ensuring a smooth and streamlined delivery of the operational through accurate scheduling, excellent sample management and good understanding of customer requirements in order to support and deliver business needs on time in full.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Operational/Professional/Business

• To lead and coordinate day to day Sensory planning activities in the assigned region.
• Supervising Sensory request status and keep global partners updated with lead times, deadline, as well as request completion.
• To make sure Sensory samples’ availability in assigned Sensodus Panel in time and full.
• To maintain and continually improve housekeeping as per Global guideline to ensure integrity and traceability of samples.
• To identify, analyze and lead root cause problem solving in related with planning operation.
• Direct involve in SLA’s review with Sensory team including preparation/collation of relevant SLA’s.
• Support and educate Sensory team with Global Sensory Way of Working and new method with respective teams in the region.
• Support continuous improvement through defined global process and system owners.
• Support demand collection for assigned region and regularly update in customer service dashboards.

Leadership

• Demonstrate self-motivated and personal leadership.
• Interpersonal collaborative & effective communication skills to deal with various customers in assigned region.

Relationship

• To build with all Sensory customers within assigned region.
• To establish with the Regional Sensory community.

Innovation

• Identify and analyzes loss elimination opportunities (current and future state) including continuous improvement in Sensorial planning through project management best standard practice approaches and global process.

• Do you have working experience related to Planning and Sensory Processes Management?

CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Degree in any Business, Marketing field related.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience in any planning, supply chain, marketing or sales.
• Experiences in Food Industry or Services company is preferred.
• Having Sensory method knowledge would be an advantage.
• Possesses technical capability in customer management, process management and basic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in product development, planning and project management with ability to work with data & statistical knowledge is desired.
• Flexible when working with the Global partners.
