We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our commercial team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Intelligently prospect for new opportunities within the country portfolio, with a focus on eKYC, video KYC, and risk management products
- Develop and enhance sales and business development plans through due diligence, understanding of client markets (quantitative and qualitative), and competitor analysis
- Drive the software and service revenue by achieving the individual sales quota.
- Focus on solution selling for prospecting and engaging key stakeholders / C-levels and closing opportunities
- Identify and define needs, articulating value proposition, differentiating competition, and positioning for new market entry
- Report on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecast.
- Develop/escalate Go To Market strategy for the respective territory
- Handle key account clients (FSI & Banking)

Be a self-starter and confident in engaging with executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally

- Experienced in territory account management and key account management
- Experience in handling client accounts in the banking sector
- Strong passion for sales
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a few years in a relevant domain across KYC, anti-fraud, or associated fintech products.
- High-performance and driven personality that celebrates team success.
