Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create strategies and tactics to successfully drive qualified customers to the property through various creative means
Ensure that every marketing & branding initiative meets customers’ expectation and strengthen brand awareness
Analyze the efficiency of marketing strategies implemented and create recommendations for future strategies
Manage marketing campaigns and takes over the end-to end process from ideation to execution
Collaborate with clients and colleagues across different departments to deliver campaigns, events, or other initiatives
Arrange as well as oversees the allocation of marketing & branding budget wisely
Crafting original and engaging digital content for the property’s social media channels to boost brand recognition and sales
Drive event and brand activation planning, management, and execution within the property to sustain customer engagement and generate interest among prospective guests and business associates

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years in similar or equivalent position
Highly motivated, sociable and influential nature
Adaptability to contribute within highly diverse, equal, and inclusive team environment
Creative and in tune with the current state of the content industry
Possess winning mindset, willingness to learn, respectful & can always maintain integrity
Knowledgeable & conversant in social media including paid advertisement
Event management knowledge
Basic design, photography, and short video editing skills
Proficient in English both verbal & written
