You will be responsible for the successful implementation and handover to operations of the Enterprise Performance Management system/solutions (Planning & Budgeting, Consolidation, Management Reporting, etc.). This includes full project life cycle management from preparation of business cases to post implementation.

Description

• Responsible for the successful implementation and handover to operations of the Enterprise Performance Management system/solutions (Planning & Budgeting, Consolidation, Management Reporting, etc.). This includes full project life cycle management from preparation of business cases to post implementation.
• Provide direct oversight to vendors and consultants/contractors to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, with quality and meeting the business requirements.
• Responsible for performing analysis, design, proposal of recommendations, build and train users.
• Bridge between users and the corporate technology team on EPM related issues, bugs, change requests, patches, data fix, business operation flow and re-engineering.
• Establishes best practices and guidelines for development & usage of the EPM system. Support to ensure IT policy and compliance; change requests and develop guidelines, checklists, procedures, and training documentation as required.
• Comply and enforce internal IT security, policy and processes governance. Prepare IT audit compliance documents such as Change Request Form, Functional and Design Specification, System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the overall availability and performance of the EPM system and to take preventive/corrective actions as necessary. SR monitoring for all outstanding/long-running/critical issues and SR escalation point of contact 7 x 24.
• Provide support on month-end/quarterly/year-end Finance closing.
• Build team’s capability while maintaining performance & positive collaboration.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related majors.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the Financial Planning and Analysis area: planning & budgeting, forecasting modeling, and management reporting.
• Experienced with at least 2 full implementation cycles of EPM Systems (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC), with hands-on experience as functional or technical team lead.
• Experienced with formal projects and change management methodologies and approaches. Project Management Professional Certification is strongly preferred.
• Experienced with relational & multidimensional databases, data integration and data transformation.
• Excellent understanding of relational and multidimensional databases
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experienced with AWS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, probe, analyze and problem-solve complex issues.
• Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player, including taking direction as required, working well with others, and leading, organizing and managing a team.
• On-Call Support during the day and off business hours.
