Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi SALES SUPERVISOR (BANDUNG AREA) di tempat usaha PT Indo Porcelain untuk kota/kab Bandung atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 7.000.000.

Responsibility :

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Maintain contact with client/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction
  • Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer reports and new customers on-boarded reports
  • Initiate sales activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility
  • Making contact with prospective customers that have zero history of interaction with a brand or business

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • More than 3 years working experience as Sales Coordinator/Supervisor/Leader or similar position
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Have adaptability skills and follow the trend
  • Highly motivated and always up for challenges
  • Great team player, problem-solver, and analytical mindset
  • Business-level English
