5. Understand the priority scale of work in accordance with the required work time.
6. Skilled in filling document and inventory Office item.
7. Can work in a team.

Job Description :

1. Carry out department administration functions which include:

• The administration process as a whole between the gallery and the head office, between the gallery and external parties.
• Administrative processes related to the submission of activity proposals, sponsorship and cooperation in all departments which include galleries, mutual fund teams and sharia teams.
• The overall administrative process related to the flow of funds in the department, including the submission of usage and reporting of usage as well as monthly reports on the use of funds.
• Administrative processes related to cooperation between parties carried out by the mutual fund team and the sharia team.
• Responsible for the calculation of the commission earned by the sales.
• Archiving documents properly, correctly and systematically.
• Carry out all correspondence functions related to incoming and outgoing letters within the department.

2. Receive requests for customer data every week (in the form of SID SRE RDN data on SAS for each Gallery), and process them as requested, to be forwarded to the head office.

3. Responsible for all administrative activities within the department.
