What will you be doing?

The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our top clients, ensuring they effectively harness the full potential of the influencer marketing platform. This includes guiding clients through campaign setup, analyzing results, and offering strategic insights for optimization. Collaborating closely with internal teams, they will provide comprehensive support, ensuring client objectives are met and feedback is seamlessly integrated to enhance platform functionality

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns, queries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Guide key accounts in effectively utilizing the influencer marketing platform.
  • Offer training sessions and tutorials to clients to ensure they are well-versed with all platform features.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to understand their campaign objectives and assist in setting up campaigns accordingly.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure they align with client objectives, making necessary adjustments when required.
  • Support clients in analying campaign results and provide comprehensive reports to key accounts, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on campaign outcomes to enhance future initiatives.
  • Collect feedback from key accounts regarding platform functionality, features, and overall experience.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, new features, and industry trends to offer informed guidance to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing key accounts.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our platform remains the go-to solution for large brands, online marketplaces, aggregators, and brand groups.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role preferred
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or other digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign results, draw insights, and present findings in a clear manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate client needs with a solution-oriented approach.
