Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are currently looking for a Sales Account Executive to be located in our Cikarang office.

A. Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s from any major (Preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Japanese Literature).
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in IT Industry is an advantage
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly motivated, able to work with targets, and a fast learner
  • Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal communication skills & high motivation are welcome to apply

B. Responsibilities : 

1. Building and maintaining relationships: A Sales Account Executive is responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This involves regular communication, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.

2. Developing account strategies: A Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing account plans and strategies to maximize client revenue and profitability. This may involve identifying growth opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling.

3. Negotiating contracts and pricing: A Sales Account Executive is responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.

4. Coordinating with internal teams: A Sales Account Executive works closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure clients’ needs are met.

5. Managing customer issues: A Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing any issues or concerns clients may have, and working with internal teams to resolve them.

6. Managing customer data and updating sales records in CRM system.

7. Sales administration: Create Quotation & initiate project guidance after PO received from client

8. Reporting to Sales Team Leader: A Sales Account Executive is responsible for providing regular reports to senior management on the performance of their accounts, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
