Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 11.000.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

Job Descriptions:

  • Carry out control functions and identify shortcomings and ineffectiveness of control in the company’s business process, which include but not limited to
  • Provide advice or recommendation for suitable improvements of control to
  • Perform credit review and analysis for any credit application and monitor the existing credit limit for each customer.
  • Support and advice each department to manage and control credit risk in its department.
  • Enhance awareness of employees on compliance of internal control and risk management.
  • Produce reports related to internal control and credit risk management and communicate it to the relevant business unit and the management;
  • Cooperate and communicate with credit PIC in regional and headquarter regarding internal control and credit risk management matters.
  • Support and advise our sister companies in the scope of internal control and credit risk management to strengthen their corporate governance.
  • Perform variety of internal control and credit risk management tasks as necessary or as requested

Requirements:

  • up to 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting major from reputable university
  • Have minimal 3 years experience in public accounting firm (audit division), preferably from Big 4 or at least have 4 years experience in internal audit (financial audit and operational audit)
  • Ability to design simple audit program – risk based approach and prepare internal control report 
  • Experience in providing audit service or risk advisory service or credit risk management
  • Excellent in English             
  • Good and strong communication and presentation skills                
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail combined with a strong delivery focus
  • Ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results                       
  • Understand general trading industry business                  
  • Proven high learning attitude and willingness to learn from any sources                 
  • Able to work both in a team and individually

Compensation:

  • Range Basic Salary: 11 ~ 15 million (Assistant Manager level)
  • Transportation allowance (fixed allowance)
  • Meal Allowance
  • Overtime paid based on Government regulation
  • Private medical insurance
  • BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan (based on Government regulation)
  • Income tax borne by employee.
  • Yearly Bonus (based on performance appraisal and company profit) paid 2 times a year
