Requirement

  1. Have experience as a Material/Equipment Control 3 years
  2. Bchelor degree from reputable university
  3. Good cominaction in english
  4. Deeply understand FIFO method
  5. Deeply understand Inventory method
  6. Experience with handling hazardous material
  7. Willing to be placed at Subang Patimban
  8. Familiar working with japanese and other foreigner

Job Description

  1. Recording all the status and condition of Material / Equipment
  2. Identifying ordering material and status through coordination with QS department
  3. Inspecting delivered material with Material / Equipment engineer (as required)
  4. Receiving material / equipment request from construction department and coordinating with QS department if any purchase.
  5.  Checking inventory periodically
  6.   Track the Movement of materials & equipment to ensure timely delivery and usage
  7.  Minutes of material/equipment receipt
  8.  Proof of delivery of goods/tools from the warehouse to construction team
  9. Create/develop system for equipment/Material Control/monitoring
  10. Ensure all subcontractor implement their equipment maintenance plan & keep the records
  11.  Storage handling, handlers of hazardous material
  12.  Performing FIFO method for certain material
  13. Ensuring security of storage
  14. Conduct periodic inspection together with mechanical department on equipment and power tools
  15. Ensure the subcontractors conduct periodic inspection on equipment and power tools. 
  16. Reporting material status and transportation activity to Material / Equipment Control Manager
  17. Material usage evaluation report (stock, waste, etc)
  18. Equipment maintenance schedule
