Main purpose of the position

This position will be responsible to assist in carrying out the Treasury and General Accounting Function of the Organization. He/she should be familiar with payments, audits, invoices, managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Scope of the position

The role is about managing the money and financial risks in a business. This involves making sure the business has the capital it needs to manage its day-to-day business obligations, while helping develop its long-term financial strategy and policies. You’ll do this by focusing on how and where to put money – while managing any associated risks – to add value and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Verify List of Payment and ensure completeness of supporting document for Payment Process based on schedule for vendor payment, employee reimbursement and advance, petty cash payment
• Prepare fund allocation for company operational payment by daily basis
• Manage in/out-going payments, ensure supporting documents, records and systems are checked and updated.
• Prepare out-going payments, and ensure business partners (e.g., vendors, counterparties, tax department) are paid on-time, and align with cash-flow plan
• Maintain treasury data for treasury transaction and for accounting matters.
• Prepare document for urgent payment based on request and distribute for approval immediately
• Handle and do reconciliation for all company petty cash between cash on hand and bank balance compared to the system
• Do monitoring payment status and must ensure that all payment already release and success
• Monitoring filling document before and after payment
• Ensure good documentation and filing for the department in compliance to finance manual, tax and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or relevant field of study
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Treasury Background
• Good at analytical thinking and meticulous with numbers
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English both written and conversation.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills regarding documentation files and bookkeeping.
• Good understanding of banking, transactions, planning, and accounting.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and a great team player as well.
