Requirements :

• Min. graduated from Diploma or Bachelor degree from hospitality school or related field
• 5 years of experience in restaurant manager
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Recruit, train, and develop a competent and motivated team of staff members.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee-related issues, including conflicts and disciplinary actions, if necessary.
• Strive to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Foster a customer-centric culture among the staff to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Work with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and attract more customers.
• Identify opportunities for increasing revenue and improving sales performance.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and manage the outlet’s budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Control costs, including labor, inventory, and other operational expenses.
• Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain the restaurant’s high-quality standards in terms of food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure consistency in food taste, portion sizes, and overall dining experience across the branch
• Establish effective communication channels with the head office and other branch managers.
• Collaborate with other departments to share best practices and coordinate initiatives.
