As an experienced Risk Manager you will be responsible to lead the development and management of risk strategies, underwriting processes, as well as the risk management systems.

Description

1. Risk Strategy and Underwriting Development:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of risk strategies and underwriting processes specific to the auto finance sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align risk strategies with business objectives, ensuring balanced risk exposure and growth.

1. Retail Underwriting System Management:

• Lead the design, development, and management of a robust retail underwriting system tailored to auto finance.
• Oversee system enhancements and updates to ensure accurate and efficient underwriting decisions.

1. Risk Infrastructure Management:

• Manage the risk infrastructure, including tools, models, and processes, to monitor and control risk exposure effectively.
• Continuously improve risk management practices to adapt to changing market conditions.

1. Market and Competitiveness Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends and competitive landscape to inform risk and collection strategies.
• Drive the search for innovative risk and collection infrastructures that align with industry best practices.

1. Data Analysis and Portfolio Insights:

• Utilize strong data analysis skills to assess the performance of the auto finance portfolio.
• Extract insights from portfolio data to guide risk mitigation efforts and support data-driven decisions

Profile

• Competencies: Strong understanding of multi-finance business and products, exceptional analytical capabilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAS, and SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-finance risk management within a financial company, particularly with a focus on 4-wheeled (passenger car) multi-finance.
• Specific Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of risk strategy and underwriting processes, as well as experience in developing and managing underwriting systems and infrastructures.
