Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Development Manager di tempat usaha PT Belfone Tech Investment untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun syarat yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Tbuhe Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for the sale of Communications solutions in Indonesia. The BDM will be in the frontline, working with customers, partners and Belfone colleagues and a focal point in driving new business initiatives and closing profitable customer contracts.
Activities would include, but not be limited to:
· Generate sales leads and set client meetings to develop new accounts, establish relationships, and close viable business opportunities
· Manage the client relationship, recognize key client issues, and ensure that client needs and project objectives are consistently met through weekly/monthly follow-up.
· Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
· Learn and understand the technologies and functionality of existing products and configurations.
· Analyze customer needs and team with service, project engineers to develop technical solutions that meet Belfone’s strategic goals in terms of accounts.
· Analyze competitive products and make recommendations for changes in designs to develop competitive advantage.
· Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
· Prepare practical demos for specific technologies for customer including the design, implementation, and effective presentation with the assistance of support team where required.
· Act as Trusted Advisor partner to End Customers.
· Assist in the preparation of point-to-point answers to bids, risk assessments and technical descriptions for customers.
· Preparation of proposals and bids within the expected timeframes.
Basic Requirements:
· Autonomy: Energetic and self-motivated, works under normal supervision with a high level of independence.
· Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
· Knowledge: Solid Knowledge about HF products and solutions, knowledge of industry general practices, techniques, and standards. Highly desirable previous knowledge/exposure to telecommunication projects.
· Problem solving: Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situation or data requires reviewing identifiable factors. Identify his scope of solutions ability and escalate both on time and to the appropriate level when necessary.
Skills Required:
· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong customer and client focus.
· Technical skills to understand integration with third party providers and to learn about new solutions and applications.
· Analytical (able to break problems into pieces and address each according to priority and possible impact).
· Ability to learn technical details on the portfolio and competitive products as well as technical concepts.
· Teamwork.
· Good writing skills for technical and non-technical topics.
· Able to work under pressure and under a short notice environment and to handle multiple projects at the same time.
· Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education Qualification Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Degree Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication. Preferably Military Career/Experience.
· 5 years’ Experience in Sales or Presales Roles or Similar.
· Highly desirable knowledge about Military Customers and needs.
· Proficient in English both written and spoken.
