Skill yang kita inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:
1. Standby on-call first-level contact and incident resolution for customers and escalates major incidents as appropriate
2. Preparing SOP (standard operating procedure) of onsite support case and seeking for internal approval
3. Urgent onsite support when it is required within 4 hours for the highest SLA response
4. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network and system problems
5. Replacing faulty network hardware components during the day and night
6. Responsible for the installation and configuration of new end user software and hardware on operation and maintenance matters
7. Accurately document incident and service requests within the service management platform
8. Assist in purchase and inventory in and out of all technology equipment or spares parts
9. Evaluate current configuration and processes and develop documentation and SOP’s
10. If necessary, liaise with third-party sub-contractors or vendors to support internal procurement process
11. Helps develop, document, communicate and enforce end user and networking policies
12. Case report upon closure of tickets along with weekly report, monthly report, quarterly report or yearly report
13. Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested
Job Requirements:
1. 0-5 years IP or IT project delivery experience, excellent fresh graduate is totally welcome
2. Basic network knowledge, such as TCP/IP protocol stacks, basic routing and switching knowledge
3. Basic server knowledge and familiar with Linux CLI
4. Outstanding communication skills in English, bonus points if can speak Mandarin and third language
5. Able to travel on demand across the entire global travelling
6. Work effectively under pressure and work overtime may be required
7. Familiar with Huawei devices (or H3C devices) and experience on network design / technical implementation is preferred
8. Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or Huawei HCNA, HCNP, HCIE certification is preferred, PMP or ITIL certification is preferred
