Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak (sementara) untuk posisi Production Technician di perusahaan Korn Ferry (Agensi Pekerjaan Futurestep Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd) untuk domisili Pasuruan dan sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang kita inginkan adalah Manufaktur serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah minimum D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Our client is one of the biggest companies within FMCG industry. They are continuously expanding their business line in retail over the past decades. The environment characterized by young and smart talent with lots of energy and initiative.
Role:
• Maintain and improve technical conditions of production equipment in order to achieve production and quality requirements, by respecting the health, safety, quality and production standards.
• Perform mechanical maintenance (preventive / planned / subassembly repairs) in compliance with relevant procedures, in order to ensure production equipment availability.
• Support Production in executing brand and format changes
• Anticipate problems that arise, during production process and take appropriate measures to ensure the continuity of the production process and improve the efficiency of equipment.
• Ensure maintenance instruments/tools in good conditions and usage. Standardize and align machine settings with the kits and the spare parts defined in order to reduce their consumption
• Using SAP Materials Management module to identify spare part availability in the store.
Skill & Experience:
• Diploma (D3)/Bachelor (S1) Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics preferable majoring control/ mechatronics or above.
• Minimum 1-2 yrs working as Production Technician/Mechanical Technician
• English – literate, able to read technical documents/ training material in english, conversation skill would be plus but not mandatory.
• Experience handling machines in Cigarette industries would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
• Willing to be placed in Pasuruan
The Successful Applicant:
• Has strong experience in handling mechanical system
• Familiar with Hauni Filter Making (KDF), GD Technologies, Protos
• Working Location: Pasuruan
• Willing to work under contract for 6 Months
