Description

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Relationship Managers who serve high net worth and priority segment clients. Provide direction, support, and regular feedback to ensure the team achieves their targets and delivers exceptional client service.
  • Oversee the management of high net worth client relationships, ensuring that their financial needs and goals are understood and met. Personally handle complex or sensitive client cases as required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new high net worth clients and expand the priority segment client base. Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide expert investment advice and wealth management solutions to high net worth clients, tailoring strategies to align with their risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Work with clients to create comprehensive financial plans encompassing investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and other wealth preservation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional financial products and services offered by the organization, such as private banking, estate planning, and lending solutions.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and changes in financial products and services to deliver informed advice to clients and anticipate their evolving needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while executing transactions and managing client portfolios. Implement risk management practices to safeguard clients’ assets.
  • Monitor the performance of client portfolios and investment strategies, and conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess progress toward financial goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, client acquisition, revenue generation, and market insights. Present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as product teams, investment analysts, and senior management, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the priority segment or high net worth clients, with a track record of successfully managing a team.
  • Deep knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and financial planning strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with high net worth clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven approach to achieving business goals and client satisfaction.
  • Ethical and detail-oriented, with a commitment to compliance and risk management in all client interactions.
