Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative for Venue & Meeting Rooms, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by actively promoting and selling our diverse range of event spaces and meeting rooms to potential clients. Your ability to understand their unique needs, articulate the benefits of our offerings, and close deals will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their event requirements and tailoring proposals to meet their needs.
• Conduct tours of our event spaces and meeting rooms, showcasing their features and benefits to clients.
• Prepare and present compelling presentations to clients, outlining the value proposition and advantages of choosing our venues.
• Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless event execution.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality, event management, or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by the nature of the events industry.
• Domicile is Tangerang, Gading Serpong, Alam Sutera & BSD is preferred & Prioritised.
