Requirements :

• Minimum 35 Years Old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Water and waste water treatment, engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Pipe Installation, Civil work, Leadership.
• Preferably Manager specialized in WWTP / WTP Project Manager or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English required
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, internal to external
• AutoCad knowledge and ability to read plans and specs desired
• Able to manage and direct others on project team

Job description :

• Direct and manage project planning and execution from beginning to end.
• Define project scope in relation to scope sold, milestones, and deliverables that support customer goals and company business goals.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to company team members and customer stakeholders in a timely & clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the materials, labor, and resources needed to achieve project goals.
• Create or direct the creation of purchase orders to procure equipment, parts or components.
• Recommend budget changes where necessary, draft change orders and submit for approval as required by current company policy.
• Determine 3rd party vendors or staffing required to successfully complete the project.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel as needed to complete the project.
• Identify and resolve issues within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations as required.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Obtain from the customer a confirming written change order for any significant change in project scope.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Conduct completed project analyses and create a recommendations report that identifies successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
